Gelette de Rois - Jan 2014

Another new year, another traditional Galette des Rois.  Our annual celebration of Epiphany inherited from mummy picking up the tradition after living in France.  The kids enjoyed helping me prepare it. We invited the Forsyths to join us for Sunday dinner and then the traditional  galette. 

Guess who got to be king? Adam, got it in one!

We feel blessed to have so many lovely friends that surround us. They have carried us through some dark times and lifted us through them. 

Wightwick Manor and Gardens - 1st Feb 2014

Mummy hasn't been too well lately with her back, so she has had to rest a lot these past couple of months. Luckily for the children, Daddy is amazing and he has been able to take the children to some lovely places. Here they are in January at Wightwick Manor.
