July

Mia seemed to grow up really quickly; she worked really hard in her end of term tests so we decided to let her get her ears pierced.  She went on a mummy daughter date and we made a day of it having lunch together.

Mia went to her school disco.

Nikki Wilkes came to visit us,

Birthday boy

We asked Eden what he wanted to do for his birthday, he said he wanted to go to KFC with his family.

He requested football regalia for his birthday.

Everyone came back to ours for birthday cake afterwards.

April part 2

We enjoyed the lovely weather in Cap d'Agde.

We took Grandma and Grandad to a restaurant on the marina.

We took a boat ride to get some ice cream.

On our way home we stopped at Paris.

Back to school after Easter

The Easter holidays flew by. Soon it was back to school again.

We did some Easter  crafts - making a Easter cake and decorating egg cups.

April

We had fun with the chimnea toasting some marshmallows. We made smores out of marshmallows and chocolate biscuits. 

We then escaped dreary England for the Cap d'Agde.

Waiting for Spring

Come on spring!! We've had a winter that has seen storm Dorris destroy fence panels in our garden and we're waiting for spring.

 

I love when Eden plays with lego.

 

 

Ismay loves experimenting with liquids.  Here she has attempted to make some slime.

 

 

Grandpa came to visit and we showed him how we play countdown.

 

We are trying to encourage the children to play more games together.  I love watching them play together.

We have decorated ginger bread and drawn festive pictures.

 

We experimented with squeezing out paint onto paper.

 

We took the children on one on one dates.

 

We played games as a family.

 

We watched the kids perform in several choir concerts.

 

We had friends over to play.
